A New Year

January 4, 2025 By Justin Wright Leave a Comment

Can you feel the excitement and anticipation for the coming year of 2025? For many it is just another year to try to make ends meet. Some may even be looking at the negative side and dread another year of whatever seems to be filled with trials and tribulations. But while things may seem hard for you, there is hope. That hope is in Jesus. Are you claiming the promise that He has forgiven and saved you from the pits of destruction? While this world may last a long time, God uses many circumstances to help us prepare for the future. We have a hope and promise of eternal life where all the things of this world will pass away. It could be in 2025 or maybe God is preparing you for future blessings. It is not about all we receive but about following God. He has the
plan and I can assure you that He gives good and perfect gifts to His children. But perhaps you do not know Him as Father, Redeemer, Comforter. God is waiting for you. Or maybe He is giving you the chance to witness to someone about how He saved you and extends the invitation to all.  Spread the good Word to all and let them know that God is and was and always will be the answer.  Let us look at 2025 as a year of blessings, opportunities, and victory. This can be the New Year that changes lives now and forever.
Remember “If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation, old things have passed away, behold all things have become new”
2 Corinthians 5:17.                                                                                                 Lee Ann Hawkins
