Has there ever been a time when people knew the magnitude of all God can do? We look and see the magnificence in creation but did not see it happen. But we believe because God said so in His word. We hear of the Bible’s many stories (and they are all true) and marvel at their greatness. We hear of the wonderful witness and faith of those who have gone on before us. But when we look at our own lives, there are times when we think, where is all the wonder? Where are the miracles in our lives? To be sure, many of us have seen His power and stand in awe. But if you want to see it more clearly, take a few moments to ponder what God said in Jeremiah 33:3.” Call on Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know”. You cannot outdo God. This week take a few extra minutes to open your heart and eyes and see that when you call upon the Lord, He does so much more than we could ever imagine. Know that the greatest thing He ever did was not only come in human form, live, and die for us. But even greater that He rose from the grave and overcame sin and death so we would have eternal life and live with Him forever. Lee Ann Hawkins
